Early Bird Myofunctional Therapy carries your father's memory in its name, and that kind of meaning deserves a brand that feels just as intentional. Referring practitioners need to trust you on sight. Patients need to feel relief before they even book. This package builds both from the ground up.
Block 01 · What You're Getting
Signature Brand Experience
Everything Early Bird needs to launch looking established from day one — identity, website, print, domain, and a running start on social.
Brand discovery workshop, creative direction, mood board, custom logo suite, colour palette, brand guidelines, and an original illustrated watercolour logo element.
A full custom Squarespace website (5–7 pages), website copywriting, contact and referral form integration, domain and professional email setup, mobile optimization, and SEO.
Business card design, brochure design, a branding assets set for social templates and stationery, Instagram set-up and design for your first 6–9 posts, photography direction for your brand shoot, launch support, and one full year of brand support.

That's how it usually goes, and it usually costs more and feels disjointed. What I'm offering instead is all of it, built by one person who already understands your voice, working as one cohesive brand from the very first page.

Block 03 · Your Timeline
From First Payment to Launch
Once your first payment is in, we begin. Here's how it lays out to hit your September launch.
- July 10 First payment due — this is what kicks the whole project off.
- July 13 We begin — discovery workshop, creative direction, and your mood board.
- August Brand identity finalized — logo, palette, typography, guidelines, and business cards. Website build begins.
- Mid-September Brand and Instagram launch live — your site is up, your first posts are ready, Early Bird is out in the world.
- October 15 All final assets handed over, at the latest. Could land sooner, depending on how quickly approvals move along the way.
Your September launch date stays the priority. Everything after that, business cards, final file handoff, is just wrapping the loose ends.

A deep creative discovery session — your why, your patients, the feeling you want people to have the moment they land on your site. This is where the brand takes shape.

Translate
Your Pinterest board and everything you've shared gets translated into a visual direction: palette, typography, and the first logo concepts.

Build
Logo, brand guide, business cards, and your full Squarespace site come together — built mobile-first, with your referral form and SEO wired in from the start.

Launch & Evolve
Site goes live, your first nine posts are ready to post, and I stay in your corner for a full year after — four calls and edits included as Early Bird grows.
