As We Agreed · Your Offering
Early Bird Foundations Package
A beautiful, professional brand and website foundation for Early Bird, built to grow with you.
Brand discovery session, a custom primary logo featuring your robin concept, an original robin illustration woven into your logo, colour palette and typography, and your Brand Foundations Guide.
A custom 4 to 5 page Squarespace website, mobile optimization, basic SEO setup, a contact form, and domain and professional email setup.
This package focuses on building your foundation. We've simply set aside the launch materials and marketing extras for now, so we can invest our time into creating a beautiful brand and website first. As your practice grows, we can easily add those pieces later. You'll provide the website copy, which helps keep the investment down and lets us focus our time on building the strongest possible foundation for your business.

All prices below are plus 5% GST. Pay by card below, checkout will include GST and a small card processing fee, or e-transfer to info@artofmarina.com for the price shown.

Included: six months of creative support. I'll be in your corner as Early Bird gets off the ground, for questions, direction, and troubleshooting along the way. As your practice grows, we can easily build onto this foundation, launch materials, marketing extras, and beyond.
Block 03 · Your Timeline
From First Payment to Launch
Once your first payment is in, we begin. Here's how it lays out to hit your September launch.
- July 11 Payment due, this is what kicks the whole project off.
- Week of July 13 We begin, discovery session, creative direction, and your mood board. Happy to schedule a kickoff call this Friday or Monday if you'd like to start the conversation early.
- August Brand identity finalized, logo, palette, typography, and your Brand Foundations Guide. Website build begins.
- September Brand and website launch live. Early Bird is out in the world with a foundation to grow on, and all final assets are handed over.
Your September launch date stays the priority, start to finish.

Discover
A deep creative discovery session, your why, your patients, the feeling you want people to have the moment they land on your site. This is where the brand takes shape.

Translate
Your Pinterest board and everything you've shared gets translated into a visual direction: palette, typography, and the first logo concepts.

Build
Your logo, Brand Foundations Guide, and full Squarespace site come together, built mobile first, with your contact form and SEO wired in from the start.
04
Launch & Evolve
Site goes live and Early Bird has a real foundation to build from. I stay in your corner for six months after, questions and edits included as you find your footing.
