It depends on the scope, but most branding projects take 3–6 weeks and website projects 4–8 weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline before we start so there are no surprises.

Yes — and I'd encourage it. A short call before we begin helps me understand what you're building and whether we're the right fit for each other. You can book one through the contact page.

Every project is custom quoted based on scope and what you actually need. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all packages — reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense for you.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your spot and begin work. The remainder is due upon completion before final files are delivered. I also do custom payment plans.

E-transfer, paypal and major credit cards. Payment details are included in your project agreement.

I'm upfront about everything from the start. Stock imagery, printing, or third-party tools (like Squarespace subscriptions) are separate and I'll flag anything like that before it applies.
